Our Surabhi team is proud to present “DAAN UTSAV” India’s ‘Festival of Giving’.

Daan Utsav, The festival is celebrated every year commencing on Gandhi Jayanti. Millions of people from all walks of life come together to give their time, money, resources or skills back to society and we are happy to introduce the same through KKS.

“JOY OF GIVING” is an entirely volunteer driven initiative which encourages all of us to participate in any act of giving of our choice.

Our aim in Surabhi is to participate in the festival of giving towards the less fortunate and experience the joy in the art of giving. For this we plan to collect and donate Rice, dal, wheat, tea, sugar and any pulses that is non perishable.

If you are interested and wish to participate kindly note the following details for your contribution.

• We are collecting the items from Dec 1st to Dec 10th and plan to handover the items on Dec 11th .
• If you are interested in donating please drop off the items neatly packed by contacting either EC or Surabhi member.
• Only dry and non perishable / shelf stable items are to be donated.
• The recipients of the collection will be the absolute needy and less fortunate who would happily welcome this small act of kindness. We will keep you informed about our recipients.

We sincerely hope you will join in our efforts in gifting to those in need and bringing a smile on their face during this festive season.
